How can I say but I think 2020 is so far the weirdest time of my life. I had a birthday at home – not like I had to celebrate it outside or whatever but this year it was interesting because to stay at home, wasn’t an option. I, with people all over the world supposedly, need to stay at home due to this Covid-19 pandemic.
It’s been three months I’m staying at home, went outside only because I need to buy groceries or urgent things like pay my car tax whatever, and today is second day of Lebaran. Lou and I decided to invite some of our friends to celebrate it together. I think it was nice to have a small festivities for her, because she couldn’t be with her family.
Last year Lebaran though, it was epic, because it was closed to my birthday as well and we celebrated it by having road trip in East Australia for about two weeks. We, Lou, Venessa and I, drove from Melbourne and our last stop was Brisbane I think…. Or maybe Townsville and then went back to Brisbane airport to give back the car.
We passed by like 4 states, over 5,000 km, I guess? It was very cool, I love it. We also visited Rin and her girlfriend while we were in Melbourne, very great city but somehow my heart fell to Canberra? Some people might say it’s a boring city, but Canberra was so pretty, I wanted to study at ANU – let’s see about this.

I think my favorite moment was when I was high on herbal stuff that I cooked, I almost passed out in this museum LOL. Also somehow animals preferred to cross the street when I was driving?? Like 2 big kangaroos crossed, a flock of cows… etc.

Now I couldn’t stop think about my last year’s road trip!! It happened from May to June, more or less around this time of year. I miss it so much, now I think we will do more something like this again. I don’t mind Australia again or maybe next time New Zealand? I can’t wait for this pandemic to be over with gaah.

That’s basically some of the pics from my last year’s adventure. No adventure so far for 2020 but let’s see. If I can make it, maybe there’ll be more adventures ahead. Hahaha.
So far, I think it waas the most adventurous trip of my life so far and I can make it before 30! I’m grateful for that.
